Rick Cole

Rick Cole has worked in the medical equipment supply business for over twenty-five years. Currently Mr. Cole works at Webb Medical Services. Prior to working in this business, Rick Cole was a supervisor for the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Mr. Cole has an MA in rehabilitation counseling from Penn State University.

Rick Cole is a rehabilitation service lifetime contributor, beginning with a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from one of Penn State’s first Rehab Services graduating classes in 1967. Mr. Cole was employed as a Rehabilitation Supervisor with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation for 14 years where he also developed a statewide support program for people who are hard-of-hearing or Deaf.

For the past 30 years, Mr. Cole has been in management positions with national and regional distributors specializing in medical equipment and custom rehab products and services.

Mr. Cole has been on the PATF Board of Directors since the beginning of the program in 1998, embracing a loan (and mini-loan, mini-grant) concept that makes sense and is unique in providing a means to accessing needed assistive technology for many Pennsylvanians who otherwise would not have the opportunity to live their lives at their maximum potential.
