In Memory of Noreen Hetznecker
Noreen Hetznecker was a founding member of the PATF board. With her guidance, we worked together to create a program that is now the largest in the country! Noreen was steadfast in her support of consumer-direction and consumer-choice and in pursuing our dreams whenever we wondered if something were possible. We miss Noreen’s counsel, humor, caring, and commitment.
