Mini-Loan
Many people with disabilities and older Pennsylvanians may need some type of assistive technology but they don’t have the resource to make it happen. PATF can help! At PATF, we are committed to providing loans so people can afford the devices that will help improve the quality of their lives.
PATF’s Mini-Loan Program
For loans ranging from $100 to $1,000, the interest rate is 0%, with a minimum monthly payment of $20. The maximum repayment term is three years. People of all income levels may apply for a mini-loan.
If the applicant meets eligibility guidelines, PATF may be able to offer a grant of up to 50% of the loan request.
Guidelines For A Partial Grant
The borrower must exhaust all other funding options, and must have a household income that is no greater than 120% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. The grant is only available in conjunction with a mini-loan. PATF does not extend grants only.
