PATF Certified as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI)
February 06, 2012
PATF is pleased and honored to announce that we have been certified as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) by the US Department of Treasury. Organizations certified as CDFIs provide traditionally under-served communities with access to capital, financial services, and technical assistance. CDFI certification will allow PATF to access community development funding in the form of technical and financial assistance grants. This access to additional funding will be utilized to realize our goal of making assistive technology attainable and affordable for Pennsylvanians with disabilities through low or no interest loans and financial education programs.
For more information or to discuss potential partnerships, please contact PATF's Executive Director, Susan Tachau at 484-674-0506.
