American Foundation for the Blind

provides information, resources and links for services, skills and assistive technology to help people who have low vision or who are blind.

The Little Rock Foundation

has two resource centers located in the Philadelphia area:  Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Wills Eye Institute. The Centers have information that will assist children, parents and teachers with available services and resources, including computer access, workstation accommodations, CCTVs, Braille printers, TTYs, Voice Carry-Over telephones and other communication devices.
